What we cannot help with
We are an independent informational website. We are not affiliated with the Government of the Republic of Türkiye or any official institution. We cannot help with:
- Visa applications, e-Visa status, or consular matters — see evisa.gov.tr or your nearest Turkish diplomatic mission.
- Booking flights, hotels, tours, or any commercial travel arrangement.
- Legal, immigration, residency, or tax advice.
- Lost passports, emergency consular help, or police matters — call your embassy or local emergency services.
- Sponsored placements, paid links, or guest posts.
Spam, phishing and bulk outreach. Messages that are unsolicited sales pitches, link-building requests, or auto-generated outreach are deleted on sight. Please do not waste your time or ours.
Postal address
This site is run independently online. We do not maintain a public postal address. For formal legal notices, use the email above and we will reply with the appropriate route.
Response expectations
We aim to acknowledge legitimate corrections, takedown notices and privacy requests within a reasonable number of working days. Editorial suggestions and general feedback may take longer. Some messages — especially those that are clearly off-topic or commercial — will not receive a reply.
